The Specter was created by My Fishing Cape Cod member Eddy Kooyomjian of Monomoy Tackle. It is through wired and casts well for a topwater spook. It comes with a 3D imitative eye, and a reinforced ABS plastic body.

Lures have 120 pound split rings, a size 7/0 inline tail hook and a size 4/0 VMC treble belly hook. There are rear dual ball bearing chambers in the tail for added sound and casting weight. The rear tail weight also helps to produce an exaggerated "walk the dog" side-to-side movement when retrieved.
