Paddle Tail Kit

The kit includes all six colors of the brand new paddle tail swimbaits from Monomoy Tackle. Weights range in size from .75oz to 2.5oz.

The soft plastics come molded with a scale pattern. The tail is an oversized 'T' type tail that produces a disturbance in the water helping to call fish in. The paddle tails come with a size 8/0 Mustad Swimbait hook, and are equipped with a corkscrew bait keeper to hold the soft plastic in place.

Paddle tails can be effective when cast, jigged or trolled and are one of the most versatile lures in any angler's arsenal. The profile of the soft plastic is thick at the top and tapered towards the belly to provide swimming stable performance.

The jig head is oversized with imitative 3D eyes. Jig heads on the .75oz, 1oz, 1.5oz and 2oz are made from Zinc Alloy which is more environmentally friendly than lead.

The Paddle tail has an integrated pocket guide that assists in locating where the hook will go through the body of the soft plastic material, which makes rigging the replacement tail easier.

Color patterns utilize translucent sparkle aggregate for further flash and realism. Paddle tail swimbaits can be successfully used on Cape Cod (and anywhere striped bass roam) from shore, boat or kayak.
