Giant bluefin tuna are some of the largest fish in the ocean, and captain Cullen has caught giants as large as 1,100 pounds.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThese trips are absolute adventures, and are an incredible opportunity to learn and see first hand how this type of fishing is done.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCaptain Cullen is as dialed-in to the tuna bite as it gets. He has an extensive network of captains, friends and pilots directing him to the tuna. You will be going home with an experience you'll never forget, plus invaluable tuna fishing information that cannot be obtained anywhere else.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePlease understand that any giant tuna caught onboard these trips will be sold by Cullen. In other words, you won't be bringing home any meat for dinner, or getting a dollar percentage of the catch.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTrip details:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNumber of anglers: 4-5\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTrip length: 8 hours\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTrip time: Around sunrise (exact time will be emailed to you 24hrs in advance)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePort of departure: Typically Marshfield, Sesuit, Bass River or Falmouth (exact port of departure will be emailed to you the day before)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eArea fished: Stellwagen Bank, east of Cape Cod, or south of Martha's Vineyard\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTechniques used: Drifting or anchoring and using live bait on 80 class reels.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eGear and tackle will be provided\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe perfect crew for this type of trip consists of anglers who are in it for the adventure of heading offshore, seeing whales, and doing battle with the largest fish in the ocean.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWhile not mandatory, it is customary to give charter captains a tip at the end of the trip.
